Etourandtravel company refund policy: 15 days BUT Florida law states 30 day refund window Orlando Florida

I was contacted by phone to buy a week holiday in Florida including a rental car for around $110. This sounded too good to be true, however the salesman assured me that I could cancel up to 15 days after I received the papers and a DVD in the mail. So I went ahead and bought the holiday.
The package arrived 18 days later, I didn't like what I saw, and I called etourandtravel to cancel.
They said I had 15 days to cancel after I bought the holiday, not 15 days after the paperwork arrived as stated by the telephone salesman. They refused to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor to cancel and they wouldn't do it either.
The good news...I called my credit card company. They called etourandtravel and got my refund in about 10 minutes.
Why? Because Florida law states that a travel refund must be given within 30 days and not the 15 day policy of etourandtravel. If they don't refund your money (you have 30 days, not 15) Florida law will shut them down and put them out of business.
The moral...if it sounds too good to be true, you know the rest. Call your credit card company...they work for YOU!
