My report is regarding my experience with the online casino euro palace. I was lured into this website because of its so called promotions which state that they will match your deposit up to $200. this was an offer i could not refuse. after signing up they glady accepted my mastercard only to be told they could not let me cash in with this card. fortunatley i had a visa card and so after a couple of small wins i withdraw or cashed in. I checked my bank account and saw i my account did not have any funds from the casino. I assumed there must be some kind of processing time to credit account. i then went to the casino to see where my money had gone and it was still available to use. having a mental disorder and in desperate circumstances i was unable to keep my winnings. so i gambled them. i realised i had not received any bonus so i asked the customer service support if they could help. they gladly gave me my so called bonus which i later found out i would need to bet 6000 times before they would give it to me. with rules like this and the saying the house always wins i found this practice to be very deceptive. I would like to here other people experience and maybe form a class action suit. thank you.
