European Tanning Health Endangering Machines - misrepresentation of their high pressure beds Murray, Utah

European Tanning claims on their website (and in person in their facilities) that their super-expensive high pressure beds do not cause sunburn, unlike other beds. 

I was already well tanned and never burn - however, coming out of their high-pressure bed I was fire-red the next day with a heavy sun burn and no tan. When I informed the owner and demanded a refund - he at first didn't reply at all and then tried all kinds of excuses (like I had eaten carrots or taken benadryls - both of which I hadn't , aside from it being ridiculous) and refused the refund. 

It is dangerous to use to use those high pressure beds, because every sun burn increases the risk of skin cancer - so this company harmed my health - and it is particularly disconcerting that they are spreading such lies about their machines to sell those super-expensive sessions to unsuspecting customers - one session is $35!! To cause someone harm - not only physical harm like running around with a red head for several days (which is embarrassing), but also endangering people's health and risk of skin cancer is bad enough - and then not even giving a refund, is outrageous.
