I have been trying to track down my September 2010 payment since September 22. All the bpo reps that the agents deal with tell you there is NO phone number to talk to anyone in accounting. Period.There was one rep who sent in a touble ticket for me EVERY DAY from September 22 to October 14, where I finally got an email from the dept "Vendor Inquiry" saying they would escalate the matter, then nothing. I emailed them today, and unfortunately just now thought of looiking on the internet. I have done work for several BPO companies and have not had this problem. When my license expired on September 30, their system would not let me access to see any information anymore. When I uploaded my new license, now I can access and ALL Payment records are gone, including the fictiitional oine of payment on September 10. THey now owe me 175 for August(September payment) and 195 for September (October payment). I looked on here and see some email addresses from a long time ago and have sent my letter of pleading to the only 2 email accounts listed on site, and those three supposedly toi upper management. They used to have someone answer for their company, now you get a recording to dial an extension, and you can roam all day through their phone system and never talk to a live person. I find it strange there is NO contact information except for the main number on their website. I cannot remember if there used to be others or not. Now I am worried they are getting ready to go out of business after seeing all the current rip off reports lodged here. I think it's shameful they pay the meager amounts they pay anyway for bpos, then to not pay hard workers, some that are single parents, etc. when those people are already in a job sector that is depressed(which is why we DO those bpos anyway). I hope there is a rebuttal from the company like I saw in an early report on this site, however, after seeing all the current reports, I am truly apprehensive about getting the payment due me.

Well, it's amazing. The other day after I filled out this report, I actually got an email from one of their reps requesting a bpo to be performed. I took all the email addresses provided here in other complaints and some that were the same and one that was different from a real estate forums website. I sent them an email that night and didn't hear anything. I resent last night, nothing . I then changed the wording of my letter and told them I am in a somwhat rural area, and was a member of the only 2 mls boards here, and I would make sure that every single realtor AND licensee knew about their business practices. Since these two boards cover almost all of Southeastern Alabama, coupled with the fact I told them I knew agents in Birmingham, AL, Montgomery, AL, parts of California, Tennessee, and West Virginia and I would make sure that I spread the word geographically, I think I finally made an impression. About 2 hours later, I got a one line email from Melissa Rivers, saying "Your check is going out today." I had just finished researching their payments to me and in actuality there is another 150 from ancillary pictures etc, on other bpos, so I emailed back with that itemization and confirmed the address the check should go to and the amount, and asked for confirmation. I will update this HAPPILY if the check arrives. Just an fyi since Eval is not forthcoming, the current contact info on cover of email says:
