This is not fair, we work so hard for our money, and this company keeps collecting moneys from the servicers or lenders and they are not paying the REALTORS doing the work. Come on REALTORS let's get our money, let's do something, it must be sometime we can do to get pay.

Every comment you find posted will be about negligent behavior.
- Very demanding on the front end with tight time lines
- Ridiculous Q/C requests
- Pay does not come at all, unless you insist on it, then it takes way longer than other reputable companies.
- If you don't know what they owe you, you won't be paid for it.
Stop performing work for them. Of course, we're hurting, wanting more income, but this doesn't help with that issue. It causes more time, energy, fuel cost, etc. with no pay.
I challenge you to find one positive report on this company.
