Between 2/07 & 5/07 I performed 8 Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for this company. All BPO's were completed on time & accepted by quality control. To date I have rec'd NO payment for any of the orders. I have contacted the company several times and told various stories from *We hired someone to pay people* (most recently) *I have no idea if you will ever be paid*.
From talking to other real estate professionals it's clear that this company never intended to pay any of us & is engaging in an ongoing scheme to obtain free services for which they charge the end user (the mortgage holder).

I was owed a large amount of money and had to hound them to death to get it. I am back ithe same boat again. (Fortunately not as much.) I am ready to start legal action and make a lot of calls to othere agents I know that do these and contact banks to let them know they are not paying us for the work we do for Eval that they are paying for. I'm not going to stop until I get it. I may just show up in their office and not leave until I have a certified check in hand. I will not do any more work for them and anyone who asks me how to get started in the BPO/REO business will be warned about Evaluation Solutions. I am writing NAR, BBB Jacksonville, Jacksonville Board, Florida Attorney General, Florida Board, NRBA and really spread the word. Enough is enough!
They always call me after busines hours and want their orders back in less than 24 hours. They must be too busy to stop and pay us. NO MORE!!

As Jason has stated...prove it LADY! Evaluation Solutions does not pay! Do you work for them? That is the only logical explaination as to why you would place such a fraudulent lie of such. Even the employees have complained and stated that this company does not pay and what type of tactics they utilize. A truthful statement is, they will pay if you stay on top of them and speak to the right people.... you will have to do research.... but if you want to be paid, you will have to put at least 10 minutes of your day every day into it. Talk to Tiffany Hall or send an email to mrivers@evalonline.net explaining that you are taking legal action, that you will not sit by and let it go, and if you know a lawyer....let them send over a threatening letter or draft a threatening letter of your own. They will pay you...and when they do...RUN!!!!

I have been performing BPOs for this company since about April of this year. To this date I have performed over 120 and received payment for all but the most recent. I never had a problem getting paid. I treat everyone with respect and courtesy and they return the favor. I also make sure my orders are done right and on time. If any payments are late, all I have to do is ask for someone to look into it and they do, and I receive my payment. This is a good company to do BPOs for.

Incorrect Response from Evaluation Solutions - Typical!

I have done a lot of work for Evaluation Solutions, and can attest to the fact that the "your W-9 is incomplete" excuse is just that...an excuse. Not only have I practically had to beg for my money, I have 2 close friends that work at "Eval," and they advised that the hardest part of their job is trying to recruit agents, when 1/2 of the ones they call reply with "if you'd pay me for the work I've ALREADY done, I might consider it - until then, don't botherme again!" They even make notations in the agents' file that other processors can see when they are trying to assign an order so other processors know not to try and call due to payment issues! It's common knowledge among those who work there that agents don't get paid any earlier than 3 months,and even then, only if the agent bombards them with e-mails and threatens them with legal action!! I found these useful names, e-mail addresses, on another site discussing Eval:

But no cigar. My W9 has been on file with this company for months. This is one of their standard excuses for not paying agents.

We were able to verfiy that this agent did perform work for our company between Feburary and May 2007. However, the payment issue referred to was the result of this agent not providing the required IRS W9 tax information as instructed. Agents that fail to provide W9 information are not available in our system for payment until such information is provided as detailed on every order assigned and accepted by the agent.
Once this agent provided her completed W9, payment for all orders was remitted. In addition, we have verified that the check issued was cashed by this agent, satisfying payment in full.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Evaluation Solutions does pay our agents for all work owed. We are commited to the parntership we have with our agent/broker/appraiser network. We have several mechanisms available for any of our valuation professionals with payment concerns to receive assistance.
