Accepted and completed broker price opinion reports based on exterior evaluation with photo array. Ten ssignments completed in November and December of 2011 are still outstanding with regard to payment. I have been contacted several times by Evaluation representatives with additional work assigments but have refused to accept because of outstanding balance. On each occasion the representative assured me that payment would be made quickly. I still refused to accept the assignments and will not accept further work until I'm paid in full. The balance owed is over $600 at this time. Additionally, requested to make rush inspection bpo reports for two properties on Thanksgiving day 2011 and I agreed to do this for $70 each. Report completed on the Stanley Street property in Saginaw the day after Thanksgiving. The Rust Street property turns out to be a vacant lot. Normally just call in and report the facts and it's over. Not with these guys. I spend 2-hours on-line and on the telephone with these characters. Sent complete photo array---you know, vacant lot, neighboring homes and other supporting photos including assessor overhead views of the property as it was and is now. Finally they're happy. Then I get a check for $15 to cover the trip. No, no, no! We agreed on $70 for the Thanksgiving Day evaluation and that's what I want. Tough, I just cashed the $15 check this week. What a rip.
