Contracted Evan Turk to assist with my Mother's Medicare and VA Benefits in 2011.  While Evan was nice and seemingly knowledgable, we found that after he took our money for services renedered his practice was slow and disorganized.  We eneded paying out of pocket directly to medicare for over $16,000.00 in addition to Evan Turk's fees totalling over $6,500.00!  "Evan Turk" was elusive and misleading in stating he would take care of our situation timely however failed to stay in regular communication with our family during a critical and emotional time.  Evan Turk seemed more interested in accepting our funds timely but FAILED to deliver on his initial promises.  If you are a senior or looking for assistance with Elder Care , look elsewhere.  Delray Beach, Florida has a large number of senior citizens and Evan Turk office is located in the center.  The Elder care law office of Evan Turk seemed disorganized and my opinion is he is wuick to take the cash but not render services honesly and timely.
