This company has a huge record of banning without any proof and then using automated scripted messages to reply to a complaint or ticket. If asking for a un-blocking of a game account they use the same copy-paste reply that they do with every player. If asked to show proof of illegal activity or reason for ban they use this reply "Always" - "We do not find the violations on this GUID to be triggered in error, and will not be removed."
They don't give out warnings or temp bans, if they firmly believe that their software caught illegal activity being used it's perma-block even if you have wasted money on the game. They don't even give you a chance to prove your accounts innocence because of their so called "Superb 100% accurate -Anti-Cheat Software"
They also keylogg and keep track of everything you do on the internet and in your computer as a Game they represent safety precaution even if it is illegal to access ones computer files. So my advice is Avoid any Online Game or Game that uses PunkBuster as a Anti-Cheat software because they will ban you for the most ridiculous little bugs and then just not listen or give you a chance to prove your legitness.
