Bad product, worse company. We bought a manual pump, it never worked well and after it failed (handle broke off) after a month.
Get this! After sending us an email indicating that they would "happy to help you as quickly as possible" they refused to do so. Instead of a refund, they wanted to give us a coupon to buy another product. This would not work since we had to purchase a replacement unit went out and bought a more expensive EvenFlo electronic based on the MISperception that we were getting a refund for their defective and dangerous product .
What came next? The new unit didn't work well either (backs up into the top and quits). [continued below]....

Bottom line: the products are cheap and the company is disreputable, dont do business with them. We wished we had checked the review sites in advance, they get poor review, now I know why.
