Ever Private Card Service These people withdrew $54.95 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent Ripoff Internet

After I threatened legal action against them for stealing money from my account, they promised to send me a check for the $54.95 to my home address. More than one month later, I am still waiting for my check. I have kept in contact with them and I keep asking them when my refund will arrive, and I keep either getting blown off with no reply or they tell me it will be another 2 or 3 days.
I want these people exposed for the rip-off artists they truly are.
