It should be a law against any lender who refuses to accept credible facts and still report people to the credit collections department behind a debt that was paid before they were a legal party.
It is unfair that EverHome Mortgage is reporting I'm always a month behind on my mortgage payments. I've own my home for 22 years and since EverHome has entered into this mortgage agreement my credit is list as delinquent.
I'm quite sure this has to be a common practice for this mortgage company and hoping a class action suit can be brought against this company. In eight years my 30 years mortgage will be payoff. But these monthly late payments keep accrueing. I need help.
