I was then told i would have to wait 30 days.. after that I was to file a fraud affidavidt.. Well the BANK Says I have only 30 days from that date. Although Bank One is trying to help.. Netchex says they are out of money to refund. and gave me a bogus number and email address for everest. No one seems to be able to help me and now my kids Christmas is ruined!! Now had I been told on Nov 12th when I originally called NETCHEX would of been able to refund me. So for all the waiting and runaround I still have nothing and nor do my kids and this has just added to my debt.
