Everest Consumer Services Ripoff I've been Scammed by them and fighting for a Refund Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I have been scammed like everyone else reporting on these guys. They called in mid september offering a credit card, took the required $299 out of my checking account the 27th of Sept. I called back 4 days later for more information and was told there was no credit card coming, just applications and I immediately demanded a refund. I was told it was approved the 12 of October and here we are the 18th of November and no refund!!!

I just wrote to lisa@netchex.com hoping for some money back from someone. I am trying to work up the guts to go be a complete pest to the tiny credit union that I bank at. My only question is how can I tell for sure it was netchex that took the money from my acct. I am looking at my bank statement and there is no name next to that transaction. They did not use the check number I gave them, but a 5 digit number starting with 9 if that is any help.

Do not let these people get your money!! If they call you, blow a whistle in their ears!!!
