This company sold me the training and one free traffic kickstart for $497.00.  The training is a good tool and it was very beneficial for me to have it but once it came time to do the kickstart the wheels started to fall off.  They took all of my information and wrote a sub par press release and made a video that did not specify my exact website so most likely the video sent people to a completely different website all together.  When I asked to have them make those changes it took them several days to respond and when they did, they told me that they could not make those changes and that as long as the links that were setup were correct, the traffic would still come in.  During the process you are supposed to see the progress but their site had gone down and would not allow me in for 2 days.  I emailed multiple times with no response, and then when they responded several days later they explained that they had a problem with their servers but everything was up now.  The press release was sent to me and it specifically stated that I had 48 hours to edit what they had written, which I was going to do because it didn't explain the services I provide at all, but within 2 hours of me receiving that notification they just went ahead and submitted the press release without me having time to make the appropriate changes.  I am sure this occurred due to server issues the days prior, so I simply asked for them not to submit and asked to see if they would allow me to make changes.  I received no email response so I sent another email asking for a new kickstart to be done since their servers caused mine to go out without a chance to edit and since the video was incorrect as well I thought they would do something for me.  I have heard nothing for over a month now.  They also have a stats section on the kickstart website that allows to see results along with my own google analytics and that section will not open and the google analytics has shown no new traffic from this press release.  I feel that their system is a complete ripoff and I don't have any proof to show that my press release was ever even listed on the prweb site at all.  I warn anyone thinking about spending the money on this program to do your own research on PRweb, as you can write your own press release and do what they will do for less money and you will have proof that it actually got done.  This company is poor with communication and customer service and I would never recommend their services to anyone.  Buyer beware!!
