Everhome mortgage has been doing the same thing to me that I have read DONE to other ppl and now have an attorney involved and they are playing games with him as well! they told us we could have a modification and to send in $5,000 asap and NOW they say we were denied after telling us we were approved? they will not show proof to our attorney of a payment sent last yr that we want to know if it was applied to our acct. because it was in bank check form! they give our atty the run around as well! this company needs to be stopped and all of us and our stories need to be told to someone who can help us, but who? If anyone has gotten anywhere with them please get in contact with me! they claim our house was being sold on the 10th of april BUT before we tried to modify we hadn't heard a blasted thing and all of a sudden now they have a date to sell right as we are in the process of filling out paperwork to modify? I think they are a bunch of liars!
