Eversave Beachcamera Unable to get product,refund or VISA credit for TV from Beachcamera. Eversave voucher now expired. Internet

Eversave voucher ordered 5/15/13 for Toshiba 24"TV-DVD from Beachcomer.com. for $239. Paid by VISA 4147180390357891.

"Josh" at Beachcomer claimed set was only $170.  Instructed  me to get adjustment before voucherwas honored.

VISA said adjustment was between Eversave and Beachcomer.  Neither company claimed responsibilikty.

Endless emails to Eversave (no human contact available) and phone calls to Beachcamera.  Made worse by now 6/28/13 expiration date.

I am out $239 and no TV, no credit.

Beachcamera will sell me the TV for $259 but will not honor the $239 already paid.  Eversave says the voucher is expired (would not be if someone hadn'nt screwed up).  Basically I have been told "TOUGH LUCK" by VISA,Beachcamera ("please do not contact us again") and Eversave.  I am willing to pay additiional $20+shipping but not again for price already paid ($239).

Having been born in the first half of the last century using the computer is a big challenge and I am disabled so can't get to retail venues or small claims court easily.  I really feel bummed out about this situation.

Any help out there?  Surely I am not the 1st person to be scammed.
