In July, about the 28th, I purchased about $7500 worth of computer products (LAP and Desktop systems) with the understanding they were to be sellable, right out of the box. Complete with operating systems (for consumers, windows installed) all parts (mouse, keyboards, batt, chargers cables). We stored them until early October (well under 90 days) when we unpacked them and discovered that only a few had windows systems. Some were missing parts/incomplete. I contacted them (Evertek) on 10/14/11 and spoke with the Rep. Jason informing him that the computers I got were not as we discussed (sellable state right out of the box) and he said they sell lots of them like that?? They were not as we had discussed. I requested to return them as I can not sell them in their present state and agreed to the restocking fee (substantial) with the understanding they would REFUND the difference as a "credit" would not be acceptable. He said that shouldn't be a problem as I AHD NOT USED THEM and it was within the 90 days. On 10/27/11 I contacted them again as I had not received my RMA#. He said I "must have not recieved it" (duh!!) and issued me another one. On 11/01/11 I shippped the merchandise (2 pallets) freight prepaid! and on 11/11/11 when I had not heard from them I contacted them again. They sent me an email saying they had not recived it. I checked with the freight company and they confirmed they delivered on the 10th. I recieved an email on 11/15/11 they had recieved it and were processing. I checked on 12/01/11 and 12/11/01 online with the RMA number and it kept showing nothing. Just "status". On 12/28/11 I checked again and it showed "closed"?!?!?. I HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED.  When I pulled the online report it says I was issued a "credit" of $4,567.43 (almost a $3,000 LOSS) to purchase other merchandise, on thier web site?!?. I called and spoke to a few people who gave me their ultimate "authority" some called Janet? in the RMA department (imagine, they have an ENTIRE DEPARTMENT FOR PROCESSING RETURNS, that should have been a clue) she stated that no one would ever issue me a refund as their policy states they do not refund after 14 days.

 Thats NOT what their Rep. told me. Why the #$%^ would I send them back the merchadise that was NEVER USED for a credit to a company that can not guarantee their merchandise is in sellable condition???

I WANT my *%&$ MONEY BACK less the restocking fee (which is substantial).

I am a retailer who needed product to resale, I don't need a bunch of CRAP. 

When I PURCHASED their computers, I didn't ISSUE THEM A CREDIT. They wanted plastic. Since I sent the merchandise BACK TO THEM ( I even prepaid the freight) , I WANT WHAT THEY WANT,

M O N  E Y!!!  MY MONEY!

The next step is to contact the cc company and file a grievience, and then theres' more to come
