I placed an order on the 24th of October and im still dealing with this exactly 1 month on. How do i start? Firstly ill point out their customer service is appalling. They dont respond to emails, they dont answer the phone and if in the rare occassion you get lucky....You get lied to! It took them 2 1/2 weeks to ship out my first order obviously a much longer time than is required. Guess what when it arrived? Completely wrong. The worst part? I had confirmed with several reps on the telephone of EXACTLY what i wanted. I then proceeded to phone them again and after about 100 phone calls i got through. They apologised and directed me on how to return it and that they would send out a new one in due course. I waited. And i waited. I waited some more and i was receving no email containing my new tracking number. So i rang them up again. They then issued me a new tracking number and i tracked it on the fedex website. STATUS: INITIATED. They confirmed it was shipped on Friday 16th November. The estimated Ship Date was 19th November. I thought something was definitely not right seeing as it was still stuck on initiated on 22nd November. So i rang up fedex. I was completely shocked when they informed me not only had the package not been shipped but they hadnt even received anything! It was stuck on initiated because all that had been done was a label was printed online. So whats going on EvilControllers? Why do you persist on lying to me and not responding to my attempts to contact you. There can only be one answer. Im being played. Avoid ordering anything from this company.
