After the report was filed, anyone could just obtain an EIN number for free just by logging into https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp.  As far as a corporation in Florida not needed to do business is totally wrong, if you dont have corporation papers, whether is an LLC, sole proprietor or some form of corporation register with the state, it is illegal for tax reasons.  without the correct documents you cannot, open a business bank account or conduct legitimate business transaction in the state of Florida or any other state within the United States, especially when in all your websites you have the name of your company as Evo-Vue Technology & Evo-Vue Designs, LLC.

Its funny how you yourself wrote a statement, acting as a client, to protect your reputation as you stated, and as
far as the HELP number or NO help numbers on the report going up, is so easy to do yourself by logging into it using the WI-FI from different business establishments that has free WIFI, for their clients.   

Please understand we are not trying to stop you from starting a business, but we must protect the honest business people in this town, by stating the truth about so called companies that are not really legally register to conduct business in our town and other places.  And like you said this came from a certain circle of people in Ocala, this was a circle of people that was willing to help you get started, but honestly, nothing you told this circle of business people didnt check out at all. another words everything youve been telling people is not true, and how do we confirm that simple by, researching your so called business in the correct places.  So we suggest that in the future you conduct business in the correct manner and most of all with the truth, cause by doing so you will accomplish a lot more.   Also we suggest that you dont try to hurt

I am a recent customer of Evo-Vue Classifieds and I just love it.... love it, love it, love it!. I have seen another post about them being a scam on here and I would like to set the record straight because this company has worked really hard to become successful. I dislike the fact that certain people like to ruin a company's reputation just for giggles or because they are simply jealous that they haven't thought of the idea first. Evo-Vue is a brand new website that allows users like us to buy, sell, trade, and auction. They are known world wide as well if you go to alexa.com and type in evovue.com, you can see that they are the top 3,015,966 in the world according to alexa.com. As far as their coupon book, they stated to me that they can print over 200,000+ copies a month... Pay attention people they stated they can print 200,000+ copies a month if enough businesses sign up, they did not say they are already doing it and it isn't a magazine like the moron stated it is a coupon book. They also show examples of how your ad can look in the coupon book and they also make sure to state that it's not an actual coupon book, it is a sample to show businesses how their ads can look. The coupon book is also a continuation off of their website coupons.evovue.com where you can print coupons right on your computer, how cool is that? I am highly disappointed at the other person who downed this company. If I was you I would go to http://www.evovue.com and take a look at how stylish their website is, I simply love it they and truly are a great company... it isn't like the boring old classified websites we're used to and there is a chatroom to interact with other users. What other website do you know that can do something like that? so how is it a scam? Guess what! It isn't a scam and as far as being a registered company, from what I know it is an individually owned company which is part of an LLC. You cannot mix corporation with a LLC it's simply stupid. LLC means limited liability company, not a corporation and as far as I'm concerned Evo-Vue doesn't necessarily have to abide by florida regulations because it's online. Once again don't listen to others that have nothing positive to say they will steer you wrong because they are either the ones that envy or they just want to feel important and down others so they feel better about themselves. Oh and the person who posted this false comment up about them, bravo to you idiot!
