Evolution Bank Card Commerce Card Opened new merchant account, terrible customer service and embarrassment and loss of funds. Internet
We opened a new account for merchan services via Evolutoin Bank card / Commerce Payment systems.
It took weeks before the account began functioning. The online payment system did not work. Customer service and tech support waits are about 45 mins to an hour.
When we did begin receiving payments online, the company failed to notify us that our account type had changed (on their end) and that the money we had received would have to be refunded and recharged under the new account number. It is in the same company, the account does not get transfered, it gets shut down and all hell breaks loose.
Now the customers have to be refunded via commerce payments, and the customers have to pay again. Which they won't pay until the are sure that the refund went through, which can be a month later when they receive their statement.
Not to mention the poor picture our new business paints when charging, refunding and recharging them for no mistake of ours.
The online merchant transactions report shows the money was charged, their own tech service says it wasn't. The credit card company says if we don't refund to our cutomers, the money will be returned after 270 some days. No interest paid to us, they will take the money, sit on it and return it at their will.
Please donot use this merchant account company ever!!
I would rather drive coast to coast to every customer and pick up a check thanwork with these people. Seriously! Stay away!
They are definitely doing something fraudulent, or have the worst business ethics (which does translate into fraud when it comes to money)
