Kevin ---, D.B.A. Excel Business/Copier/Print Systems is everything that Rick in Tempe,AZ says, and much more. He fails to pay employees commissions due them, he withholds taxes from paychecks and doesn't report them or issue W-2's...because he is a ghost company!
He continuously breeches contracts by failing to supply service and supplies; and I expect several machine leases to be nullified in the near future because he was acting as their authorized agent despite not being authorized to sell so much as lemonade in this state!
He is NOT a licensed Xerox distributor,as he claims; nor is he even licensed to do business in Delaware, Arizona, California or anywhere else. Contact the REAL Excel Business Systems in Delaware @ 302 709 0193, and ask for either the"VP" Kevin ---; or the "president" Tom Drennan, to check their legitimacy; or contact the corporate commissions in either Delaware or Arizona.
Or how about the AZDOR or the IRS, both of whom will be interested in talking to you as they both have CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS going against Excel B. S.... which is all they are, BS!!! Additionally, there IS NO Tom ---; it's Kevin, aka |"compulsive liar" who is responding to your posts , Rick. Bottom line, by doing ANY business with them , and you will join the long list of DISATIFIED customers contemplating litigation!!! FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED!!!

Just to set the record straight, I am Tom Drennan, and I own and operate Excel Business Systems and have for over the past 10 years. Kevin Byram is my partner. Joe worked for us for an extremely short period of time during which he lied to clients, was insubordinate to several of his superiors and co-workers and failed to live up to even the minimum of quotas and guidelines clearly outlined in company policy and bylaws and in the job description he signed as an Account Executive/sales rep.
He was one of the worst reps we had and this is simply retaliation for his being dismissed from working for us and for attempting to open a competitive business which has failed. The company has several hundred satisfied clients both in Arizona and predominantly in California where I am a long term resident and fellow Mason.
In terms of Arizona the company is licensed in the city of Scottsdale. I encourage you to contact the agencies he sites as I did personally and you will be told there are no investigations of any kind.
