We are a relatively small company and all invoices are checked.
Job names or purchase orders are issued to our vendors.
This invoice had neither and thus was at least suspicious.
Several attempts to contact Excel Media at the designated phone number were met with the "Leave a message and a return call will be made as soon as possible." When the company was searched for on the internet using Google, the Rip-Off link was listed first. Thanks to this organization for making my life a little easier.
