I RECEIVED THIS BILL FROM EXCEL MEDIA THAT SAID I OWED $499.00 FOR ADVERTISINGTHAT WE NEVER USED. THIS IS A BIG FRAUD AND THEY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. I HOPE THE GOVERNMENT WILL STEP IN AND TAKE THEM DOWN. WITH THE HELP OF EVERYONE WHO GOT THES BILLS FROM THEM. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT PAY THEM.
