At Excel we never, never try to sell people something that we don't think they need. Especially Elderly people. We did not think that the plywood was bad, it was very strong to walk on, and did not feel "spongy". After the first year nails started "backing out" and lifting up shingles. Excel went back many times and fixed the nails. We advised the customer that the permanent fix was to completely resheet the house with new plywood. We did this and it was at cost. Our customer thought this was a fair deal, and seemed very happy to have this problem permanently fixed. If we had resheeted the house the 1st time the cost would have been around the 20,900.00 that the customer ultimately paid. It is with disappointment that we find out that now this customer has buyers remorse. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, always.
