Requested assistance in writing a paper with specific guidelines, which were given to them. They did not complete before due day, four days after I received the paper. It did not follow the given requirements. I asked for a refund, they asked for another chance. I gave them 10 hours, which they said they could meet. Which they didn't, received after 18 hours past the due date. Still did not meet the minimum requirements for the paper. Requested a refund repeatedly. They would not respond to my emails. I would not recommend their service to anyone, very disappointed for the price and I still had to do the paper myself. Ripout scam.
