This is the letter that I have emailed Oscar several times and sent to him by regular mail delivery. For months I have been trying to get my money back since Oscar failed to send me the rest of my merchandise. After paying $1,501.75 Oscar phoned me a day or two later telling me that he was only charging me $1,126.00 not $1,501.75 (Original shipping was $375.00 which total $1,501.75)and Oscar said that he wanted me to pay the shipper instead of him and that my freight bill is only $199.00 not $375.00 that I was suppose to pay also. He told me to just pay the shipper when he gets to my door $199.00. Oscar then asked me to wire him the money I told him no that I already did an electronic check. He still tried to get me to wire it and I said for my comfort I would rather do the transaction exactly the way that I did it for tax purposes. I have copies off all of my letters to Oscar and emails and copies of the freight bill. Oscar stole from me and that is not right I am asking you for help. Oscar owes me $386.00 for products purchased and he never even sent them plus the freight was $305.00 not $199.00 so he owes me $105.00. I have talked to Oscar numerous times and he promised to send the items and they never show up so now I am demanding my money back because oscar said that they would cut me a check for the difference and still nothing ever since June. Oscar is just a big liar and I work very hard for my money and he stole it. I am a single parent and I feel that this man is taking advantage of me and I do not appreciate it. Please help
