My husband worked for this company Executive Details Plus dba Cellular Express Plus it is a premier dealer for Cingular Wireless (they look just like Cingular stores most people wont know the differene unless you tell them) for about 7 months he started out as a sales associate and then was promoted to store manager, with a minimal increase in pay and a 148 mile round trip drive. He stayed because we were soon to be moving to that area. This store was in a new plaza and it was very slow. He was working alone in the store for 7 days straight with out a day off for 3 weeks. He would have to beg to get a day off. Putting in a 70 plus hour work week and only getting paid his salary which covers 50 of those hours.
The owner of the company Chris Kelley and his little cronies would email him and say it you dont make a sale you are terminated or one more day of no sales and you are fired. Well one day he goes into work, and he gets a call that he is suspended for a week. After 7 days of his suspension the say he can return to work as a sales associate in the local store here for 8.25 an hour. He took the position with his tail between his legs in the hopes of them seeing how well he can sell etc, and because we needed the money. Well then they are singing his praises on how well he is doing and his sales are excellent, the store manager there quit after 2 weeks and my husband was promoted to acting manager and was told that he was back on salary. They were having problems with the computers because of viruses and my husband took each computer and got the viruses out.
They were now able to go online and activate service for customers. The next day, on his day off he gets a call and is asked to come into to the store to move a computer, he gets there and is told to hand in his keys and " effective immediatly you are terminated" They said because he touched the computers and they claim that he was told not to fix them he is terminated. So he gets his last check and get this.... they only paid him $6.40 an hour!!! I can't believe that this man Chris Kelley and his cronies Teresa Dantin and Elliot Dantin and Jennifer Fred, and Sara Neal can get away with everything that they are doing to people who are busting there butt for them and all the do is treat there employess poorly. How they can screw with peoples livelyhood. One day you are fine the next week suspended and demoted, the next day promoted and the next day fired for BS reasons. The day of the hurricaine they made my husband go into work and work in the dark just incase people needed to buy car charges, and he also fired 2 people in the Corporate office because they did not come in DURING the hurricaine. This man is pure evil and he treats every one with an angry and rude attitude. He need to be stopped!!!!

i worked for them up until a week ago. This is a very bad company, it rips off employees and customers. We are told to add 4 trial features that are free for the first 30 days and to tell the customers that ATT is doing it and we cant remove it. If the customer forgets to call customer service and cancel those features they are charged between 35 and 40 dollars. We are told to do this from the owner and our district managers.
The managers who dont enforce it are threatened with being fired. We have to have an average of 20 dollars of features per customer to even get paid. Half the time we dont get paid our commission, which is why i am no longer with the company. They stole 300 dollars out of my commission check for a mistake i supposedly made 2 months ago. i asked for proof and they could not provide any. I keep pushing for it and they fired me, there excuse was that i didnt follow the proper channels for filing a complaint about my check.
She is right on target when se says that this man is pure evil, that is my opinion. i know he has his friends looking around these sights and that is why she changed her story.

If you drive to the 260 North Drive address, you will see it is an nondescript older metal warehouse-style building set far back off North Drive, with a for sale sign out front. This location is in an older industrial park which has many vacant buildings, and many for sale signs. Large lettering across the front window of the building states it is a used car company. A small homemade sign about 10 inches tall and maybe 16 inches wide is on the ground and leans against the roll-up door on the front of the building.
On this small sign is lettering that reads "Cellular Express Plus", and there is an arrow on it pointing you to go to your left around the corner of the building. Once you turn the corner, you are walking on a narrow walkway that runs down the side of the building with bushes to your left that go all the way down to the back corner of building. When I had walked just part of the way down the side of the building, I began to feel like this would be a good spot for an ambush. The entry door to CEP must be clear in the back of the building. I did not go all the way around to find out because the setup is CREEPY. No one was on the premises, even though it was during work hours. There is a large mailbox set way out front at the street that has the lettering 260 North Drive.
The headquarters for the Cellular Express Plus-owned stores could not be in a setting that more accurately reflects the way that they do business, in my experience.

I worked diligently for that company for almost 2 years. worked my butt off too. I was let go because of a stupid reason and something that could have been fixed. My roommate worked there from when i started and was fired last year for something even worse than mine. Both of us had made that company alot of money and we didnt even get recognized whatsoever. They try their hardest not to pay you any of your commissions. personnally the only reason i am glad i worked for them is for the experience. other than that it was a waste of time. I know several of the people who used to work for them and they all feel the same as me. so that comment about being a terrible company to work for? (thats my opinion)

Hi I need all the help I can get. I read your complaint and it broke my heart. I am trying to find some investors to take out this man and his cronies. I have heard all about his company. I as Ceo/Owner want to make the wireless industry a better place. I would love to pay people like your husband what he is worth there is no reason to cut anyones throat.
I want to change the third party wireless industry as we know it today. It is not going to take a lot of money and I would love to help you guys. I think your husband would go back to the industry if he was treated with respect and paid what he is worth. I am so glad someone has enough guts to step forward and speak the truth and not be afraid. If know how to make this man fall within on year. If you are interested please request my contact information. So we can get rid of this evil man. So no one else has to suffer. Thank you for your time.
