i am writing because this company states that they are a professional residential cleaning service and that they are reliably, full supervised, insured & bonded, and they guarantee that they will do the job that needs to be done, when they came out to my condo to clean it i first told them that there had been a tentant in there previous to me moving in and that it needed a real good scrubbing and cleaning, i stated to the girl when i called that i need the condo to be spotless.
she then proceeded to ask me what areas i wanted cleaned and i told her that i wanted all the windows done in the inside of the house, i wanted the bathroom done spotless, and the kitchen done spotless also.
she told me that they send out a team of three cleaners and they charge $120.00 and hour plus sales tax and that she wanted to know if it hit an hour and they were not done did i want them to stop or keep going and that is when i told her that i did not care how long it took that i wanted them to stop when the job was done.

then i asked them if they accept an out of state check or visa/mc and that is when they stated that they do not accept out of state checks but they do accept in state checks and that they also accept cash. and visa/mc, but if you pay with a credit card there is an extra fee that we would have to pay because they get charged a fee. so i then setr up my appointment and told them i would see them on halloween.

i never recieved a call from them the day before to confirm my appointment, and what time they would be coming out, when i finally called them in 10/31/07 at around 10:05 a.m they lady told me that they would be there between 11-2 so i waited and when 2:30 rolled around i recieved a call from one of the cleaners who told me that they were running late and that they would be out in about an hour, so i had my grandmother wait here for them so i could put some stuff in storage when around 4:00 i recieved a call from my grandmother that they do not accept in state checks with out a credit card to back it up, i told them to go ahead and clean that i would pay them in cash, i then requested that the owner call me because i was given false information when i signed up.

when i arrived her they had then charged me a waiting fee because they had to wait for me to bring the cash to them, i then checked over the place and found that they did not clean like they had promised and they had charged for, the next morning a girl called me and asked how my service was and i told her that i was dissastified and would like the owner to call me back, she said that she would have someone call me back
i then called the next day and got the owner or so she said by the name of dawn and i explained my sitaution and that i felt that the girls that cleaned my house did not do there jobs and dawn proceeded to tell me that if i wanted someone to coe out and wipe up a few things she would send someone out there but she could not guarantee when, at which point i said that i would be happy if she sent someone out to redo the job all over again the right way or to refund my money she stated to me that she would only send out someone to wipe a few things not to redo the job or to refund the money. at which point i told her that the business she was running was a bad pratice and that she is rude and that i would file a complaint she told me that she was not afraid of that and that her business is fine!

Executive Maids is a stable, professional service. No one could have pleased this person

AUTHOR: Executive Maids - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 28, 2008

Ms. S hired Executive Maids to clean her home in Burlington, NJ. We cleaned on 10/31/07. I didn't see this nasty, unfounded report until just lately. (It's now 11/08.) She told us it would only take an hour because it was a small condo and NOT dirty. She wanted the inside windows cleaned and do a thorough cleaning throughout.

Firstly she was not present for the cleaning. She left her elderly grandmother there to meet us. She had her grandmother on the phone repeatedly. She screamed at her each time. My staff could hear her. During the cleaning she kept calling us and screaming. After the cleaning she continued to call and scream at us. There was absolutely nothing that we could have done to calm her down. She was just unreasonable and out of control.

She told us it would take an hour to clean the apartment. She misled us about the condition of the home. So when we saw how dirty it was we told her that it would take about 2 hours. She agreed to allow us to clean for 2 hours. But she really just didn't want to pay to have us clean properly. We would have limited our time to the 1 hour if that is what she wanted. But she told us to forget the 1 hour time limit and clean until it was completed and thoroughly cleaned. Afterwards her grandmother apologized to us for the difficult time her grand daughter gave us and told us that we did a great job.

I started Executive Maids in 1993. I didn't just buy a business. I started it cleaning one home a day myself. Eventually I was cleaning 2 homes/day. Then it just mushroomed into a business. We are not a franchise who doesn't care about their clients. We all at Executive Maids, (management team and cleaners) all put alot of effort into making sure that all of our clients are happy and satisfied with all of their cleanings. Firstly, we train all of our staff to systematically clean each home. Then, we personalize for each customer by getting to know what they need and keeping detailed client records. Before we leave any home our supervisors check her team's work. She also has her clients who are home check their homes before we leave. We then, in the office, do a quality control check after the initial cleaning by telephone. Quarterly we do quality control checks by email to make sure everyone is still happy.

We have been successful in making sure that our clients are happy. Unfortunately, now and then you come across people like Ms. Sheridan who are not satisfiable and just like to hear themselves screaming at people.

Feel free to look at some of the reviews on yellowpages.com or citysearch.com. Feel free to call our office and we'll give you more information about our service. If we do not service your area I can send an article that I wrote to you about How To Hire A Cleaning Service.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to a sound rebuttal.
