Semyon Bychkov is a symphony conductor in Europe. Semyon coordinated with his son David Bychkov to acquire large portions of stock without ever paying for the shares. Semyon is a registered shareholder in Exmovere Holdings, Inc. It is believed that Semyon Bychkov conspired with CEO and son David Bychkov to hide hundred of millions of dollars, intellectual property, corporate assets, real estate properties, collectible art paintings and more.

Nadia Majid possibly assisted Semyon and David hide Exmovere assets in Asia since her father was highly connected politically in Jakarta. Semyon Bychkov and David Bychkov have possibly conspired together to steal rightful shareholders of Exmovere Holdings, Inc assets and monies. David, Nadia, and Semyon have bank accounts in France, Asia, Switzerland, Germany, Grand Caymans, Mexico, Canada, Panama, and New York City. Board of Directors Members Joseph Batty and Robert Doornick possibly are involved in David Bychkov's scheme to steal assets and cash from Exmovere Holdings shareholders.

Investigators are searching for Exmovere owned valuable and collectible art and David Bychkov and Nadia Maid's Cancun, Mexico estate.

All shareholders be aware that David Bychkov, Nadia Majid - wife of David Bychkov and also an employee of a Federal government agency Voice of America in Washington, DC, and all Exmovere Board of Directors still have possession of all intellectual property, patents, copyrights, physical properties, offshore real estate, and corporate stock shell structures in its entirety are worth 10's of millions of dollars. Shareholders should check to ensure that David and Nadia haven't transferred all assets to another corporate title or into their personal assets or offshore Swiss accounts.

All shareholders are owed monies for their investment if David and the Board of Directors dissolved the corporation. Check the Nevada State Board of Corporations and one wil discover Exmovere dissolved the corporation in September, 2012 illegally without a vote from all shareholders. This is illegal to proceed with this procedure and not divide all corporate assets to the shareholders.

David Bychkov needs to answer to all shareholders and investors - institutional and individual. I urge all shareholders to contact the Virginia State Corporation Commission and the Nevada State Corporation Commission. The assets for Exmovere are hidden somewhere by David, Nadia, and the Board of Directors Joseph Batty of Canada and Robert Doornick - President of International Robotics in New York State. These Board of Directors were instrumental in hiding all Exmovere IP and properties. They can assist shareholders with answers if pressured for legitimacy.

All Exmovere assets are owned by the shareholders and duly returnable to the investors and shareholders alike of record holding bonafied stock certificates. Process Serve David Bychkov, Nadia, and all Board of Directors and demand answers or proceed with legal actions by all shareholders. Beware of David Bychkov if approaching his residence. Furthermore, David abused the trust of the shareholders by taking the money and spending it on himself in extravagant trips to Mexico with his wife. Using the company funds to by a lap band in order to help him lose weight of which he still cannot do as he is still morbidly obese. David Bychkov never reported ti shareholders how he was spending their money. David has abused his position as CEO of Exmovere. This 32 year old with no Science background or business degree has lied and twisted the truth about his education and background. He states in some locations of the web that he obtained a Masters at the university in Milan. Well google the university you will find that it was a certificate program not a legitimate university where a Masters can be obtained. The university no longer exists in fact you will find that the university existed the same period David Bychkov claimed to work there. I highly doubt the university ever existed one more scams of this liar David Bychkov. David Bychkov's character speaks volumes of Exmovere's current status. He was evicted from the Lofts at Parkcrest and is being pursued by FIA services check out the public record in Va. He has disappeared in Alexandria, Va. What did Bychkov do with all of the money the shareholders gave them. He certainly did not produce the products he claimed to in 2006, 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012, and now 2013. Now he wants to blame his own unethical practices on the failure of the company. Look at any company David Bychkov has been apart of every single company has failed and is defunct. This is his pattern failure because he chose to be a criminal and lie about his company's products. He is 32 a young criminal mind who conjured ways to emotionally trigger people to give money to his corporation. There are no real products Exmovere produces. This 32 year thought he could use the money shareholders gave to him for his own personal use with no personal conviction to produce the products he hyped up to his customers. Spending one more penny on this corporate fraud is a waste of money. Crow tried to get me to invest in 2010.  Said he'd make me millions and he could work it out to keep it all offshore.  Said that's what they did with it too.  Crow's bad people, he and this guy Bychkov are ripoff artists.  Scary people.

That Clinica was always a strange idea, based on using immigrants and other poor people (not the title - Clinica, a Spanish word) a guinea pigs for David Bychkov's experiments. Only two evil sociopaths could come up with such a thought. Total lack of conscience, lack of emotion, no ability to love or care for another. The quote below appropriately calls them "SOUL EATERS"
