I've been in contact with this "company" for some time now and I keep getting the run-around and now I can't get anyone to respond to my e-mails, and every time I call the "call center" no one ever picks up. I asked for a refund of my previous order ($693.05) and now, as I said, I can't get anyone to answer me.

On 5/23/13 I paid $693.05 to Exodus Cymbals for 5 cymbals (at artist price per contract). I got the invoice back that says the order was paid in full.

On 5/23/13 I sent an e-mail asking about when I should be receiving my cymbals. I was told "45 business days counting "today" (5/23/13)

On 7/12/13 I sent another e-mail asking about my cymbals and was told they would be delivered at the end of July.

On 8/8/13 I sent an email asking about my cymbals again and was told to give them my phone number (which they should have on file since I'm an "endorsed artist") Gave my phone number and got a call from Carlos Skinfill and was told they would ship a set of cymbals for me to use (from where I don't know) while mine were getting made/shipped because they didn't want the "pressure of getting my order to me on time". Was told they were having issues with one of the their containers not coming in on time. Never recieved either shipment.

On 10/9/13 sent an email asking about my cymbals again and was told they had to reschedule deliveries for 10/10/13 because of the government shutdown.

on 12/9/13 sent yet another email asking where my cymbals were and on the same date was asked "What's the specific list of cymbals are you expecting for?" Do they not have my info on file?!?!
SAME DAY RESPONSE - I sent them "INVOICE 200" and was told they "reviewed my file and found a big mistake in the procedure between AR and the warehouse." Was asked if I wanted to wait until 12/22/13 for delivery or cancle my contract. I said I would wait for the 12/22/13 delivery. (My mistake)

1/20/14 - Still no cymbals.

2/1/14 sent an email stating that I wanted a full refund of my order.

2/2/14 I get an email from the Artist Relations Manager that says,"We really sorry about this matter. I will send your request to the accounting department tomorrow monday. The process for reimbursements takes only 5 business days. Again my apologize but several things are out of my control"

2/17/14 I still do not have my refund. I sent another email asking about my refund and I got:
"Unfortunately today monday is a holiday in USA (Presidents Day) and the office is closed. All payments scheduled for today will be made effective next coming Monday. The accounting department has some rules in order to make payments on certain days of the week, some for clients and artists (Mondays) and others as service providers on Fridays. I'll let you know as soon as we make yours."

So since things arent adding up I sent an e-mail back to the "Artist Relations Manager" and told him if I didn't receive my full refund in the next 30 days I would contact a lawyer.

Since I stopped getting emails from the "artist relations manager" I decided to email the "president/ceo" Carlos Skinfill.
I actually got a response from him. He apologized "for this nightmare" and told me he would be in the office the following Monday to fix the issue.
I got a call from Carlos on Monday March 3, 2014 at 10:14pm and he told me my full refund would be sent to me via PayPal Friday.
Here it is Saturday and I still don't have my money. This has been going on for almost a year!! I am looking to take legal action against this "company".

Ever since I signed my contract with this company, I've been getting lied to. I have not breached my contract in any way, but they have. I have the hard copy in front of me. They tell you dates that are not accurate and they stop responding to emails when they know they are in trouble. All I wanted was my money back from this company and now, I can't even get a responce from the company that "prides" it's self on getting back with their artist within 24 hours! If your looking for a cymbal company that will endorse you and not rip you off, stick with the big 3. Zildjian, Sabian, and Paiste. At least you know they are established enough to get your refund back to you. Oh yeah, and they don't LIE to you about when their product will be arriving.
