Place booked a room that never exsisted im stuck having to find a room because i prepaid amenities and plane flight now im stuck staying in some dump that i didnt pay for and at 400 a night i expect alot expedia is irresponisible and doesnt care about there customers they should comp whole trip for the screw up and id be happy but paying for a room i didnt want not acceptable i went from the beach to a marina from a beautiful room to some holiday in with trim check yourself they moved me from the waldorf astoria where i booked to the westin some dump where the cruise ships park there eyesores i had sandy beaches and palm trees the westin is surrounded all sides by mildew covered brick pavers the manager at expedia gwve me 25 bucks and a 100 dollar voucher my entire vacation is ruined and i got 25 bucks off this place is a dam joke! You think i want to pay for waldorf astoria and get the holiday inn on steroid insteas then 25 bucks is the final f u and hope you like it! ill be suing this company for a stay two nights at the waldorf astoria on another weekend or no charge at this dump the westin or my entire trip refunded including gas and airfare it was all based on staying at this hotel the hotel was the trip it cant be amended with a 25 dollar refund and a marina view hotel ! Nice job matthee supervisor at expedia for destroying my memorial weekend cant snorkel in the marina and sure as hell am not happy his response sorry cant donnothing for you even though we screwed upnout of our hands laughable! You need a new job one where you dont deal with customers that spend 3k on a trip and you tell them tough sh*t hope they fire you a*hole!

2nd: Punctuation: These periods, commas and such are used in conjunction with Sentences to make a document understandable
3rd: Paragraph, a single paragraph contains a sentence or several sentences that expand on or explain a single idea that in this case would be part of your overall complaint.
But I can see by the complaint you were in an incoherent rage, and it shows. If you want to have any one actually read and understand your complaint you should re-write using the concepts above.
