Expedia.com - Budget Booked car reservation that didn't match airports used Internet

Proceeded to book car rental through expedia with Budget. Checked directly with Budget to make sure this was a savings versus booking directly. Gave Budget the different airport information. Savings was about $23.00.
Kept reservation with Expedia. Returned car to San Francisco airport and was charged $360.00 for not returning to San Jose. Expedia says too bad.
