It's been 3 months since my trip (was supposed to receive the card 60 days after the trip), and I just contacted Expedia-they "claim" they have no record of me applying for the gas card rebate.
That's just cute...don't give the customer any way to verify they applied (trip itinerary number is useless) and allow them to sit for a couple of months thinking the gas card is "on the way"!
If that's not enough reason for one to never use Expedia.com again, you should also note if you cancel a reservation early, you're going to be hit with a cancellation fee-if you book through the (most) hotel chain websites and cancel early, you are not hit with a fee.
Use Expedia at your own peril!
