Experian *CreditReport CIC Credit Monitoring Company charged me 19.95 for a report I did not order. Then they did not want to refund my money. Internet

I filled out a couple of surveys and landed on creditreportmqw.com. for a $1 credit report. I checked my bank account and they had charged me the $1 charge and also a $19.95 charge. I immediately called the phone number on my account details and taked to a representative of CIC Credit Monitoring and asked why they charged my credit card and she hung up on me. I called back and got a different agent and she told me that she could cancel my account, but would not give a refund. I asked for a supervisor and she put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and then came back on the phone and said the company would give me a refund, but would take 7 to 10 days. If this happens to you, be dilligent and stay on the phone or keep calling back until you get the refund. I hope my bad luck helps someone else. Have a good day.
