Experian Charged me $31.95 for a FREE credit report. I was due for my annual free credit report. They also enrolled me in their program simply for requesting my free report. I was then charged another $17.95 8 Internet

I IMMEDIATELY contacted their customer service number but was told that this second fee would not be reversed. When I attempted to cancel the membership, the female CSR continued with a hard-sell for membership at a reduced rate. Question: Why do they charge $17.95 for membership when they are ultimately willing to cut that fee in half?
I paid over $50.00 for a FREE annual credit report. I have no idea how I would be able to get my money returned. This is a sham and a SCAM. WATCHOUT people !!!
