*Consumer Comment: Question
I IMMEDIATELY contacted their customer service number but was told that this second fee would not be reversed. When I attempted to cancel the membership, the female CSR continued with a hard-sell for membership at a reduced rate. Question: Why do they charge $17.95 for membership when they are ultimately willing to cut that fee in half?
I paid over $50.00 for a FREE annual credit report. I have no idea how I would be able to get my money returned. This is a sham and a SCAM. WATCHOUT people !!!
