Coming from a former employee, pretty much everything people say about Explore Talent hits the nail on the head. Their leads are put together by a handful of underqualified people. Their sales floor(s) are comprised of poorly educated, middle-aged ex drug users and irresponsible teens. Their customer service representatives should be on blood-thinner medication because of all the angry people who yell at them because of the lies they are trained to say. Explore Talent is only good at what they do truthfully because the general public can be very ignorant. Do Not Believe anything they say. The only reason why they are accredited with the BBB is because they can pay off any negativity. Explore Talent is literally worldwide. I know that they work with China, India, the Philippines, as well as several other locations in the US. Most of their leads for auditions are pulled off of Craigslist.org. Go check for yourself. If you forget to pay the membership plan you activated, they will attempt to charge you monthly for a partial amount reflecting your pro membership plan cost. Pro Member Services will only call if Explore Talent believes that you owe money. I recommend hanging up the phone when they call. They will tell you that you were "pre-screened" for an audition opportunity and pretend that they don't know that your account is in "pending status". Pre-screened means that they pulled your name from a queue saying that you either did or did not use the service you paid for and you have a past due amount; regardless of if you have played along with submitting your information after they try to charge you without notifying you of your recurring plan more than once. Pending status just means that they were unable to automatically take your money; and they won't say a thing until they've buttered you up with lies just enough for you to give them your credit card number. I could count off less people than I have fingers on one hand that actually give a sh*t about our customers. Explore Talent is only successful because they have used the power of falsifying and omitting information to others simply so they can market the general public. There is nearly nothing legitimate about their processes. From top to bottom.
