Express Flooring Plumming damage after tile install by Express flooring the un happy home company Phoenix Arizona

This is a terrific forum for consumers to warn others about a businesses bad practices.
I would have to look back in my files to see if I have had the misfortune of dealing with Henry. However, he does sound familiar.
Henry complains that this forum is wrong. Hmmm... let me counter his opinion.
1) The bbb has an F rating for Express flooring (EP).
2) The testimonials on EP's website cannot be verified. Check out the Phoenix Fire Fighter letter. It has nothing to do with Express flooring services or products. It is merely a letter of thanks for a charitable donation. I get those every year for my charitable donations as well.
3) Express flooring ripped me off and I am not that easy to swindle. EP gets an "A"
for swindling.
4) This website allows the consumer to be heard without the bias of a paid membership. As long as a business pays it's fees to be a member of an organization such as the bbb, the organization tends to want to keep a business that pays. However, in the case of EP the bbb even had to rate them with an F. Poorest rating you can achieve by their standards.

Daniel, I hope you have won the battle with Express Flooring.

I personally am very aware of "Daniel" and his story. I was the one whom dealt with this situation for him at that time. I feel it is my obligation to point out a few key points regarding this issue. No materials were dumped down this customer's toilet. I know this not because I was on site during the installation, but because this consumer sent me pictures of the drain on the OUTSIDE of his home in which he stated after the fact that this was the where the installers dumped the setting materials. He sent this picture as a slap in the face to put an explanation point on a horrible experience that EXPRESS FLOORING had with him, not the other way around. The picture and letter were sent just a few days after he received a payment from us for the repairs to his toilet. He failed to supply these pictures ahead of time, which we requested, and he failed to supply with a report from the plumber whom supposedly repaired the toilet. Shame on us for trusting this customer, as in hindsight, we should have required this documentation before any funds were released to him. His actions at the very least must be considered as unethical, and may very well even be construed as illegal. It is terrible to see the lengths in which some consumers will go for a dollar. Nothing was done improperly in this matter by anyone from Express Home Services or by Hollywood Tile. Please do not allow this crook to reflect negatively on Express Home Services or any of its hundreds of employees whom spend each and every day attempting to supply the highest level of customer satisfaction in our industry.

As we all know, you cannot always believe what you read. There are two sides to every story. There is no way that any installer of ours, or any other company for that matter, would ever be dumb enough to do the things in which this consumer is accusing us of doing. This website has no filters or means of control. They require no proof of the accounts described. They don't even make you post your name on here so that the accounts described can be verified. All you need is an email address, and you have a forum to say whatever you please, whether it be the truth or not. It is disgusting and wrong. Please be smarter than the people at Rip Off Report are counting on you being.
