Expressautoparts.com Ordered Items that were "Instock" Items were not cancled order no refund New York New York

I ordered $200 worth of parts on March 15 supposedly all were instock items, was advised a month later they had incountered an inventory database problem and the items were really not instock. Around April 15 I asked them to ship what they had or fill a partial order and send the stuff not in later; the reply told me if i wanted to cancle my order put a cancle order in. I cancled the order on April 20th. May 20th Still no refund for the order. All i get is your info has been sent to the credit department refunds may take up to 30 days to show back up on your bill. This is nothing but an internet scam site Do Not order from them!! Persuing options for legal retribution at this time
