She then proceeded to get NASTY with me, then on top of that her Manager stuck his nose where it doesn't belong and got NASTY with me. I am disabled and can't walk very well so I asked if I could stay in the lobby once before and they said it was OK and NEVER gave me a problem and DID NOT tell me I couldn't stay in the lobby again, Apparently this is how they treat disabled people. NEVER EVER stay there, TRUST ME IT'S NOT worth it when you get accused of things you're not doing. SPREAD THE WORD to ANYONE you know in case they visit Austin,TX
