I was a customer in 2008 of theirs.  Unfortunately they dumped the business in to start a new one underneath new names.

And, we can check your articles of incorporation, and cross-reference your addresses here!  Arizona Corporation Commision Search (opens in a new window).  THEY ARE CONNECTED.  The last one, "Creative Edge Construction of Arizona", they were smart enough to change the address.  However, they had to list the officers of the corporation and you can just guess who they are ;-)  

If you are a recent victim of theirs, please don't hesitate like I did.  I was foolish enough to assume the best of people.  If you are a victim within the last two years of these companies.  Please immediately do this:

1) File a civil suit against the company before they fold it. If it's under $10,000.00 you can file in small-claims court.  Do it quickly!

2) File a complaint with the attorney general of Arizona: Arizona Attorney General (should open in new window)

3) File a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors: Arizona Registry of Contractors Complaint   Form (should open in new window) So that you can lay claim to their bond.

We will be around for along time. Whoever posted these allegations needs to produce proof and your identity. Maybe you didn't know this but posting fraudualent ads like this one is illegal. We have been told by an employee of a fellow competitor that this was posted by an owner of another remodeling company because he can't compete with our prices. So what he does is he refers customers to this website and tells them not to do business with us. But leaves out the fact that he himself posted it. We could name the other company but we don't operate that way, We believe in good business ethics.
