they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. the number that was given with elvert.james@yahoo.com is 904-379-5648. there was no number given for the extrafreight website. there was however a fax number given to confirm the money transaction. (1-206-426-3400) i was given a transaction number(366178) and a tracking number(2A234CAD3413GGD)as well. everything seemed legit. guess what... no ranger!
