When I offered to buy it for 10,900 I was told a couple from Kansas City had already purchased it. Then I received a call back stating he would cancel the check if I came up with a loan quick enough seeing as he had told the people cash, cashiers check, or money order only, no out of state personal checks.

So I bit, and went through the process. So on my way to the bank to pick up my loan check and pick the truck up an hour later, I receive a call telling me not to come, that they had sold the truck and these peoples check had cleared AFTER I was told that it was mine, and a vehicle purchase agreement had been drawn up.

I wouldn't be so steamed, but if you do some research, with the color that it was - flame red, the fact it was an extended cab, and it was a 99- dodge only produced 1100 trucks just like this one. The rest were diffrent colors and other options.

He only offered to call me if he got another one in. What so he could call and tell me not to bother again? Or so he could tear up my check just like he was going to the other peoples? I don't think so.
