Extreme Fitness has scammed me in many ways, i first went there with good intentions thinking i only had to get a membership which would cost me 50$ a month (Note: The Manager Gave Me a Membership), After i was handed off to a trainer i was told i was going to get an assessment, i had no clue i was getting into a personal trainer.
After i Signed the paper i realized that i was paying 400$. I Thought that was for the entire sessions and what not. I Have hardly anytime to go there so i went a few days after the 10 days and was told i couldnt cancel from one of the trainers and he couldnt do anything. i Then talked to the manager (rob, he runs the building) he said it shouldnt be a problem to come back when there here and let them know u spoke to me. i went back again and they pulled up my file and said NO u cannot cancel because its long overdue.
Im tired of paying 400$ a month for something i dont use, it makes me ANGRY to know that i got scammed And most of all the manager said he would help me and didnt thanks!!!!
