Extreme Northeast LLC I gave this company my SS#, driver lic and now I'm reading they are a rip off Cherry Hill New Jersey

i am a current employee of the company and when i went to my 1st and 2nd interview i thought i was really about to start work. Keisha said that right off the bat we would make $30,000 a year but she didnt say afte 6-8 wks training, so when i found out that you do not get that money until after you train i asked if we receive paid training she said yeah you do receive money while you train(hyperactively)..im like o.k. Then we did the training and at the end where we were suppose to ask questions he didnt give us the time of day and told us to not interrupt him (Floyd) if we ask questions that mean we dont have blindfaith and were weak..(theres only so much blindfaith you can have, i want to know what im getting into). The second week we went to another office in northern,nj and had trainers to teach us what to do, then thats when i found out that it was some bulls*t because they handed out boxes of perfume to the whole room and paired us up with people. I said sh*t not this now im suppose to be one of those people that i curse out because theyre trying to sell me something. once they handed me the box i felt like i was doing something wrong. I was upset, but going out into the field with the people i had it was actually fun. I dropped a couple bottles and made some quick cash. The upside is that everyone is bubble and energetic and you get money right then and there once you drop a bottle; they teach you to have a good attitude and be a leader. The downside is youre just a labrat doing theyre dirty work, making money off of you and youre walking the streets for 8 hours. FLOYD and KEISHA do not give a f*k about any one they just want to see you scurry and make them profit..and oh yeah they still live in newark..WTF!!! Where are your 18 cars pyscho and KEISHA you look like your having sex with FLOYD.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE BUT I CANNOT SEE FLOYD OUT THERE SELLING PERFUME AND COLOGNE TO ANYONE..DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM AND I CANT BELIEVE I TURNED DOWN ANOTHER JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS CRAP..OH YEAH THIS IS A JOB; YOURE DOING THEYRE JOB. AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE BEEN RECEIVING A REGULAR PAYCHECK.

Oh my gosh, on a whim, I thought it might be fun to look up this company I "worked for" in 2008.  I worked for the illustrious Keisha and Floyd.  At that time they were located in a little hole in the wall in Bristol, PA.  I found them through a newspaper ad that said something like "must like to have fun is the only requirement", lol.  I knew it sounded weird, but I went for it.  It was textbook, all the other complaints were identical to my experience.  Sooo, Latoya or whatever your name is...you like walking the streets to sell knock off perfume?  That's cool.  I stayed with it longer than any other person.  It was me and my boyfriend, we stayed there for 6 days, toughing it out.  There wasn't a single person left when we quit.  They would tell us things like "Oh the quitters didn't have it, or they don't want success".  We would constantly roll our eyes.  Guess how many bottles we sold between the two of us?  2.  2 bottles in a week.  And we must have asked a thousand people.  We even had to drive to Cherry Hill or some equally far away place (like an hour drive) twice a week.  No, they paid for nothing.  We made like 5 dollars the whole time.  Their claims are ridiculous!! And all those Rah Rah classes?  Wow.  And how about their rings?  Did they show you the million dollar sales rings?  Laughable.  What really made us quit was the day Floyd asked my boyfriend to borrow $20.00.  Would a millionaire need to borrow 20 bucks?!  And he drove an old beat up piece of crap because he "didn't want to park his good car around here". Riigghhhttt.  Then Dave overheard him on the phone with his wife one day.  He couldn't make out much, but he definitely heard that he was arguing with her cause they didn't have the money to pay a bill....hmmm. When we quit they tried really hard to get us to stay, but the whole thing was a scam and we knew it.  Everyone did.  And...we drove by the place a month later and there was a for rent sign up.  Hehe.

If I had any reason to doubt the facts in this report, they were laid to rest by the above comment from an employee of the company. Any company that would allow a person who types and probably speaks in that manner is more than likely a scam or just a terrible company in general. Employee, please remember that you are a representative of the company that you love so much. Try to be professional.
