Ordered 08 roketa 250 cc scooter early July. Received scooter several week later. Scotter unusable due to bent frame and other damage. Mr Bergman keeps pasing the blame on to others. He refused any remedies. He now refues to call me and ingnores all email. Its going to cost me $1000.00 to get it in safe condition to operate. This company is a complete ripoff and I hope no one else gets caught up in his rotton business practices. Please stay away from this company or you will regret it

As of this date Nov. 11 2008. Have completly settled our differences and now feel that all has been settled to my satisfaction. Extreme Scooters has supplied me with new parts and has paid me for all my out of pocket expenses

sept 19 P.M. Mr Bergman called today. We are working to resolve this problem. At this time Mr Bergman has made promises to help work this thru. Will keep you current of our progress

Customer accepted and signed for scooter and they had the right to refuse
a damage scooter if they chose. Extreme Scooters has no control if a scooter is damaged in shipping. Damage claim has been filed and we are working on resolving the matter with the shipping company to get the customer compensated for the damages will continue to work with customer and help him until this is resolved and also get the parts that were damaged in shipping.
