Do not do business with this guy!

He will promise you one item and then deliver something different telling you it is a much better item.

He delivered worthless Chinese junk. He will also promise you a one year warranty but NEVER deliver any parts.

I made the mistake of ordering 4 scooters from this guy. When they were delivered I immediately returned 2 (I made the shipper take them back). He said he would exchange the 2 returned scooters for one Go-ped. He never delivered the Go-ped. He sent a check for a partial refund. I guess I was lucky to even get that.

The owner (Dave Bergman) talked me into "trying" the other 2. He said if I didn't like them to return them for a refund. The scooters were junk. I called him and told him I did not like them and would like to return them. He then said he does not take any returns.

One of the scooters has not run since the day it was delivered. I ordered parts months ago...he never delivers them. The full one year warranty is worthless if he never sends the parts!

I don't know how this guy can live with himself.

I have saved every e-mail from this guy to back up everything I have written.

You really want to trust people but individuals like Dave Bergman from Extreme-scooters.com make it extremely difficult.

The go-peds' parts were directly shipped from the factory distributor to the customer, and we had no control that it did take a long time. However, the customer did receive a full refund and did receive the parts that he ordered under warranty.
