On 10/11/2012, I ordered a sample trial for a week to see if I like the eyecream, I would go ahead and place order, however, I never receieved the sample and I called them on 10/17/2012 to track it, when I found out that they were extreemly rude and hang up on me twice! They gae me a shipping tracking number and told me that I will be charged $19.95 if I do not return the sample that I never got first place! I canceled my account and followed up with post office but I never got the package! After over a month from cancelation, they charged my account for $78.41 on 11/22/2012, which I did not noticed due to my sickness until 12/24/2012, I called them back on 12/26/2012, they told me that they can not refund me since I never returned their product that their system has a tracking number for delivery! This company is a scam, I reported them to my bank and I am going to file a calss action law suit on this company since there are many of us (innocent customers) that they prey on and that is how they do business! Do not get near them! I also, must change my card number since they charged my account without my concent...
