Eyepothesis False advertising, fraud entrapment, Toxic product Internet

This company posted a lure on facebook with the promise of free tickets to Universal Studios. They withheld confirmation emails until an 8 day period had passed which they claim then does not afford you a refund because you didn't contact them back within the 8 day time period. Aside from that, I had an allergic reaction to the product, told them this, contacted them by both phone and email. They refused to give a refund even if the product is returned to them. I have reported them as a scam on facebook, I will also be reporting them to the BBB and also disputing the charge as a fraud/unauthorized charge. This company is without scruples, morals, or the good customer service that would come from a company that had a valid, valuable, real product. Colorado, it disgusts me that you would allow such a business to operate in your beautiful state!
