We signed our daughter with a modeling agent by the name of Rachelle Cox from Eyes on you model management in November 2007. We paid her $ 2000.00 which she said $ 500.00 was for a lifetime membership on her website, $ 700.00 for the model shoot which she had a photographer, a stylist and hair/makeup artist. The remainder of the money was for her portfolio and 100 comp cards. She stated that this stylist takes the information we provide regarding clothe size and shoe size and fits her with different outfits for the shoot.
When we arrived we found out that he has the same clothes for all of his shoots and his shoes ranged from a 7-9. nothing specific. Well we allowed the shoot to continue. We were told we would have a copy of her pictures on a CD that day and her comp cards/portfolio would arrive within 6-8 weeks. Its now May and we only received a CD. Her pictures were never placed on the website and no comp cards or portfolio have arrived.
Whenever I have called Rochelle to question the delay she always had an excuse. Her latest excuse was that she moved her agency from Punta Gorda to Miami and she had to pay for the address change on the comp cards and portfolio. She sent my daughter for a movie shoot as an extra in January. She told us that my daughter would be paid in about 90 days. She hasn't received a paycheck either. I called her last month and found out that her cell phone and office number were disconnected. I then contacted the modeling school through which we met Rochelle and let them know what was happening. They were able to track her down and get her new address and cell phone #. My last conversation with her was 5/7 and she said she was in a funeral for her grandmother. I'm tired of her excuses and at this point would like my entire $ 2000.00 back. I will go to small claims if I have to and I strongly advise that NOBODY allow their child to have their dreams stolen from them. Don't sign with EYES ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

You are a con artist. I did call Rochelle's phone everyday, requested everything that was due to me and she always had an excuse. it has been two years and she has done nothing. I never received anything I was promised. I spent alot of money as well. Rochelle is nothing but a liar, always has a sob story, and always has excuses. Her husband left her because she was cheating and she gave her kids to him, true good woman there. so if that is your personal life, i can imagine the lies in your work life.

Hello to all My name is Rachelle Cox and I'm the owner of Eyes On You Model Management Inc and I have notice here that in the last few months i have a few people that feel very let down and scammed. But let me assure you this is not what is happening and I'm so sorry for anyone that feels this way. I had some major personal matters that came into my life and threw everything into a world wind and I had to be away for about 4 months to get all these matters taken care of I tried to be honest with everyone and let them all know what was going on but they all think it was excuses believe me i wish it was excuses the thing about it is that you all have not been scammed I set you up with world known photographer and stylist and all your pictures are amazing and we all know this you all had my cell phone number where you could reach me 24/7 and no agency does this i tried to treat you all like family and respect you but I had a day that so much came on me personally that I had to go away for a few months and take care of this so I'm so sorry you all felt very let down and things are back up and running and your pictures are going on the website with in a the next few days that is the only thing that has not been done even though I had to go away for a bit all clients emails were recieved and you were emailed into them that is up to them to pick your child. I went above and beyond for your children and yourselves before all of this happen and you all know this. I took time out of my work to make sure i was down in Miami while you did your photoshoot so you all could feel safe because you all were scared to go to miami yourselves i had to pay alot of money in gas and in hotel expencies in doing this but as always that is what i was known for and why i have never had a bad name in 7 years of owning the agency because i went above and beyound for all my talent.... I worked 80-90 hours a week to make sure that everyone was happy and taken care of and I'm so sorry that you came into the agency when i had a falling out and some major personal issues that i had to put first because my health us involed so what i can say from here is that you all really know how i treated you and how i went above and beyond for you and i'm very sorry again that this all has happen but my health had to be taken care of and as you al know I'm the only one who runs the agency because people can not be truested in this industry... But I'm back and ready to start going full blast again and your pictures will be going up asap...

I'm so sorry this happened to you! This happened to me as well! We paid for our son to be on her website a year ago and still nothing! I have never received comp cards or anything from her!! She is a con artist!!
